Waikato Institute of Technology, also known as Wintec, is one of New Zealand’s leading institute of technology and a public funded Polytechnic based in Hamilton. Approximately 20,000 students from 52 countries study at Wintec each year.

Wintec offers courses in engineering, trades, science, technology, agriculture, sport, health and social services, education, business and manufacturing, tourism, hospitality, events, media and the creative industries. The qualifications range from diplomas to degrees and post-graduate degrees.

IELTS Requirements :- For Undergraduate and Graduate Diploma, 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5.
For Post Graduate Diploma and Masters, 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.0.
